Jackson, geboren in 1980 in Zuid-Californië, zorgde voor een revolutie in instrumenten voor hardrock- en metalvirtuozen. De American Serie Soloist™ SL2MG, vervaardigd in Corona, zet nieuwe normen met zijn elzen body, doorlopende esdoorn hals en 24 jumbo roestvrijstalen frets op een afgeronde ebben toets met samengestelde radius. Aangedreven door EMG® 81- en 85-elementen levert hij een indrukwekkende punch met versterkte definitie, cruciaal voor moderne metal. Afgewerkt in Satin Black, Satin Lambo Orange of Matte Army Drab belichaamt hij de iconische metal-stijl van Jackson.

Highlights
DRIEDELIGE ESDOORN BODY-DOORLOPENDE HALSCONSTRUCTIE
De echte doorlopende halsconstructie is sinds 1980 een kenmerk van Jackson en zorgt voor een betere bespeelbaarheid, een warmer toonspectrum en een verbeterde sustain. Bij deze methode van gitaarbouw worden drie stukken esdoorn die voor de hals worden gebruikt, naadloos over de gehele lengte van de body doorgetrokken. Grafietversterkingsstaven aan weerszijden van de halspen zorgen voor nog meer stabiliteit van de hals, zodat het instrument bestand is tegen de ontberingen van het leven tijdens tours.
EMG® 81/85 ELEMENTEN
Deze klassieke EMG-elementencombinatie bevat de immer populaire 81, die een indrukwekkende hoeveelheid hoog-af en vloeiende sustain levert. De verfijnde en veelzijdige 85 bevat alnico-magneten die de speler van blues naar metal kunnen brengen, waardoor hij kan overschakelen van een soepele leadtoon naar een grommende diepte.
ROESTVRIJSTALEN JUMBO FRETS
Roestvrijstalen frets zijn aanzienlijk harder en gladder dan nikkelzilver, waardoor ze extreem duurzaam zijn en een glazig speelgevoel geven, wat het buigen een fluitje van een cent maakt.
