How to Order
Ordering online from Fender.com is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them individually to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart and order subtotal. When you are ready to checkout, click the “View Cart” button and proceed to the secure checkout area. When ordering online, your credit card will not be charged until your order begins processing.
Pre-orders
When making a pre-order on the Fender site, your form of payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Afterward, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and an email when your purchase has shipped. Should you have further questions or concerns about your pre-order, please use the contact information at the bottom of this page.
Orders
While we truly appreciate your interest we are only able to accept orders and ship to customers in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, and Switzerland at this time.
If you want to place an order for another country, please use the Country Selector located at the bottom left of the page to redirect you to the correct website.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes
The following terms apply to your purchase from Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, 17600 N. Perimeter Drive, Suite 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85255-5435 through our stores.
All prices are subject to change without notice. The right to adjust the prices does not apply to orders that have already been checked out. We currently accept Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, and Mastercard credit cards for online purchases. When you order through our secure online shopping cart, we charge your credit card in full, then ship your merchandise to you.
All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. The applicable VAT (EU372048194) is calculated at the current rate of:
- United Kingdom: 20% (VAT GB434679172)
- France: 20%
- Germany: 19%
- Italy: 22%

This value is included in the product price that you see displayed on the website.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To help prevent fraud and ensure the security of transactions, we reserve the right to carry out verification checks on certain orders, particularly high-value or high-risk transactions. As part of these checks, we may contact you to confirm your identity or payment details before your order is processed and shipped.
We may ask you to provide verification such as:
- Confirmation of the billing address associated with your payment method;
- The last four digits of the payment card used;
- A copy of the shipping confirmation email you received;
- Any other reasonable information to confirm that the order was placed by you.
If we do not receive the requested information within the time specified in our communication, or if we are unable to verify your identity or payment method to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
All personal data collected as part of this process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Security
Fender has implemented Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Your credit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed. A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure."
Please note that we never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Fender asking you to do so, do not respond and contact us.
